There are 313 single family homes for sale today in Contra Costa County that are bank owned foreclosures (REOs) on the MLS.  There have been 610 REOs closed sales since 8/1/09.  The lowest priced single family home sold in Richmond on 8/3/09 for $36,000.  The highest priced single family home sold in Blackhawk for $1,500,000.
