New Doctor Loan Program at Bank of America

Margalit Ir with the Bank of America shared a new loan program with me the other day. The New Doctor Loan Program is designed for the following professionals:

  • Medical Residents
  • Existing or newly licensed Medical Doctors (MD)
  • Doctors of Dental Science (DDS)
  • Doctors of Dental Medicine (DMD)
  • Dental Surgeons specializing in oral surgery (DMD)
  • Doctors of Optometry (OD)
  • Doctors of Ophthalmology (MD)
  • Doctors of Podiatry Medicine (DPM)
  • Doctors of Osteopathy (DO)

There are some general requirements:

  • $850,000 Loan Amount
  • 95% LTV
  • 720 FICO
  • Lender Paid Mortgage Insurance for loan > 80% LTV
  • Subordiante Financing not allowed
  • 4/6 months reserves
  • Student loans deferred

Contra Costa Realtors in Motion (CCRIM) is  looking to five-peat our Battle of the Corridor softball challenge on Wednesday, August 25, 2010 @ Heather Farms Park Field #1 at the corner of Ygnacio Valley Road and San Carlos Drive, Walnut Creek.   Game time will be 4 p.m. This event benefits the Contra Costa Association of Realtors’ scholarship fund.
